Hi, I’m Eric Staubs, a licensed building contractor and the founder of Private Eye Construction Services. 

Following the devastation of Hurricane Ian, I saw too many neighbors taken advantage of by unreliable vendors, and I made it my mission to help restore order to the local building industry. Today, I serve as a dedicated advocate for property owners and top performing contractors across Fort Myers and Southwest Florida, providing elite project management and owner representation.
